
CO₂ Refrigeration Installation – Taj Indian Foods
Baker Refrigeration has completed an has completed an industrial cold storage installation for Taj Indian Foods in Victoria as the growing Indian food importer expands its operations and market presence in Australia.
The project includes a 595 m² freezer room with 95 kW of refrigeration capacity, supported by the Epta ECO₂ Large transcritical CO₂ system.
The installation also incorporates high-performance Güntner heat exchangers, efficient BITZER CO₂ compressors, warm-glycol defrost and warm-glycol subfloor heating to help prevent frost beneath the freezer-room floor.
Together, these technologies provide efficient operation, reliable temperature control and a future-focused refrigeration solution designed to support the continued growth of Taj Whole Foods.
