Conversations at the IBA Trade Workshop 2026
Erika Bockler Billeaud and Scott McKenzie recently attended the Independent Brands Australia Trade Workshop on the Gold Coast, exhibiting at the IBA Trade Show on Wednesday, 2 September.
Our team showcased the ALL-CHILL Coastal V2 chiller alongside the IARP Glee 1-Door freezer, giving retailers the opportunity to see practical refrigeration options suited to liquor stores and checkout areas.
The event generated plenty of valuable conversations with both existing customers and new contacts. Discussions covered upcoming refrigeration upgrades, R404A retrofit opportunities, glass door retrofits and new plug-in refrigeration requirements as well as discussions around potential installations across individual stores and multi-store groups.
One of the most valuable parts of events such as the IBA Trade Workshop is the opportunity to reconnect with customers we have worked with previously, discuss upcoming projects and better understand what independent retailers are planning across their stores.
The also team caught up with our good friend Shane Jacobson while at the show (and on the flight from Melbourne!).
