The frozen food aisles feature Bonnet Névé Aurora 20 Eco Wide island freezers with sliding lids, delivering high product capacity while the lids significantly reduce cold air loss. You will find the Bonnet Névé Skylight Modular glass door freezers positioned along the perimeter walls, improving product visibility and overall energy efficiency. Nearby you’ll find the Bonnet Névé Sky Expo remote chest freezer in the butchery area.
In the fresh area you will find the Bonnet Névé Rock Produce Cases and the Bonnet Névé Rock high-front case, selected for their airflow performance, energy efficiency and strong visual presentation. Integrated lighting and flexible shelving help maintain freshness while keeping displays full and appealing throughout the trading day.
The dairy products are showcased in the Bonnet Névé Rock Eco Plus glass door multideck cabinets, reducing energy consumption while improving temperature consistency and product visibility. The meat and seafood departments also feature Bonnet Névé Rock cases.
In the back-of-house there are purpose-built cool rooms and preparation spaces servicing dairy, meat, produce, bakery and bulk storage, supporting food safety compliance and efficient workflows.
The entire store is supported by the Epta Transcritical CO₂ refrigeration system, delivering improved energy efficiency and aligning with the store’s sustainability objectives.
