The Baker Foodservice team hosted the IHHC SA Branch Industry Breakfast at our showroom in South Australia that brought together industry professionals for a morning of inspiration, collaboration and connection.
Joanna-lee Tan from ARIIA shared valuable insights on aged care workforce innovation and evidence-based practices.
Adrian Emmerson from Moffatt provided the Convotherm and prepared the amazing food. We had server Travis on hand to help ensure the guests were fed.

Insights from Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA)
ARIIA, formerly the Aged Care Centre for Growth and Translational Research, is a leading independent not-for-profit organization focused on advancing workforce capabilities in aged care through research and innovation.
This session will be led by Joanna-lee Tan, an APA Titled Gerontological Physiotherapist and Chair of the National Gerontology Committee for the Australian Physiotherapy Association. As Innovation Manager at ARIIA, Joanna-lee brings a wealth of knowledge in promoting evidence-based practices and building connections among clinicians, providers, researchers, and policymakers, all dedicated to improving care for older Australians.

Tina Marie Aghiana from SA Health’s Food Safety & Regulation Branch will share insights on a new online food safety training program, specifically tailored for food handlers in facilities that serve vulnerable populations.
