Penny’s Quality Butchers: Gold Butchers Club
The Gold Butchers Club by Criocabin in Italy is an exclusive membership awarded to those in the Butchery industry, the award recognizes butchers for being innovators and for having the ability to successfully merge traditional and modern technology to showcase their products.
Penny’s is the second butcher we have worked with in Australia to receive the award.
Penny’s Quality Butchers came to the attention of Criocabin through a recent equipment upgrade by the team at AJ Baker & Sons in New South Wales.
The showpiece in the store is the Criocabin model Etoile G-Concept display case with the II Magnifco Tower.
