Ritchies IGA – Taren Point (NSW)
In late March IGA Ritchies supermarket at Taren Point in New South Wales launched their brand new refurbished store. Baker Refrigeration looked after the expansive range of refrigeration products for the Ritchies team.
On the main shop floor, the team installed a range of chillers and freezers by Bonnet Névé including the Skyspace 15 a low height glass door chiller suitable for cakes, vegan products, fresh produce, drinks and sandwiches with our team in South Australia manufacturing the refrigerated sushi and carvery case.
To keep the meat, dairy and meals at the right temperature the team installed the Bonnet Névé Skyview Plus 22 a multideck glass door chiller.
In the freezer aisle, the store chose the Bonnet Névé Skyshine Modular 15 and the Skylight Modular 22 glass door freezers.
The team also installed the Epta Eco2 Large compressor pack, designed to minimize vibrations with a fully soundproofed exterior enclosure, they also installed the Carel Boss control and sensors system.
In the back of house, we supplied and installed cool rooms for the dairy, meat, produce and liquor as well as the RFK2500 Manitowoc Flake Ice Machine with the ability to produce up to 800kg of ice per day.
Our Air-conditioning Department installed Temperzone Ducted Package Air-conditioning System with humidity control to ensure the store conditions are correct.
The store now boasts modern commercial refrigeration products throughout the store.
