Storeperson / Spare Parts Coordinator – NSW
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised Storeperson / Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Eastern Creek team in a permanent full-time role. This is a critical support role, keeping our technicians productive by making sure the right parts are picked, packed and delivered accurately, every time.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for receiving, checking and booking in refrigeration and A/C spare parts, ensuring all stock is accurate and correctly recorded. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll pick, pack and dispatch parts to technicians and job sites, helping keep service and installation work running smoothly.
You’ll manage inventory, including stock locations and min/max levels and handle returns, warranty items and supplier follow-ups as required. The role also involves completing cycle counts, assisting with stocktake and maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
Using warehouse and ERP systems, you’ll track stock movements and work closely with technicians, service coordinators and suppliers to make sure parts are where they need to be, when they’re needed.
About you
You’ll have permanent rights to work in Australia and proven experience as a storeperson, parts interpreter or in a similar warehouse role. You take pride in accuracy, have a strong eye for detail and understand the importance of correct stock control in a trade environment.
You’re confident using ERP, inventory or dispatch systems, reliable in your approach and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You communicate clearly, support technicians with a customer-first mindset, and hold a current Driver’s Licence and forklift licence.
Desirable (but not essential): experience with refrigeration, HVAC, electrical or mechanical parts, along with an MR licence and/or delivery experience.
