SMS Communications (Internal Staff Only)

AJ Baker Pty Ltd may collect and use employees’ and contractors’ mobile phone numbers for internal operational communications via SMS. This includes, but is not limited to, workforce notifications, rostering updates, service alerts, safety messages, and other business-related communications.

Mobile phone numbers are collected directly from staff through employment onboarding, internal forms, or direct provision to the business. Provision of a mobile number is voluntary; however, it may be required for certain operational or safety-related communications.
