Meeres Freightlines Pty Ltd is a WA local business providing transport services throughout a fleet of modern vehicles and professional staff.
We were asked to design a pallet freezer to assist in the everyday operation, storing of frozen pallets to be distributed around the South West. We had to design the freezer in such a way to prevent panel damage due to the high traffic operation, hens the plinth to eliminate forklifts entering the room.
The freezer operates a Bitzer LCS Condensing unit and a Buffalo Trident BBLE Evaporator. The coolroom is built by Thermal installations utilising 100mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) fire rated panel.
Nine Pines Blueberries is a family business in Boyanup (WA). The owner has recently expanded the business and has purchased a state of the art packing and sort machinery to assist in his day to day operation.
We have been asked to design and install equipment to pull down the blueberries freshly picked to await sorting and packaging in the air-conditioned packing room.
In the pull down coolroom we installed Bitzer LCS Condensing Units connected to heavy duty Buffalo Trident BBL Evaporators. The choice of refrigerant was environmentally friendly low GWP R134a. The coolrooms were built by ASKIN Performance Panel, utilising 100mm expanded polystyrene (EPS). The air conditioning system uses Airfrig TD Enthalpy units connected in parallel with PS evaporators operating on R134a refrigerant.
