CJ’s Gourmet Butchers Beaumaris (WA)
CJ’s Gourmet Butchers recently opened at Beaumaris City Shopping Centre on Constellation Drive in the Perth Northern Suburb of Ocean Reef.
AJ Baker & Sons worked with Jacki and Colin Grossman to supply and install a complete commercial refrigeration package to the store.
CJ’s Gourmet Butchers chose the Criocabin Explorer, a premium serve-over deli counter that features front lift up glass, double glazed rear sliding doors, stainless steel interior and LED lighting.
Alongside the serve-over deli counter you will find the matching Criocabin Explorer hot food counter, perfect for pre-made meals.
The packaged meats are kept cool in the Rock Eco by Bonnet Névé, a popular 3 door refrigerator with frameless glass doors, adjustable shelves and ticket holders you can brand to suit your store.
Also installed was the Iarp Asia, a self-contained freezer and to the rear of the store we installed a meat coolroom.
