Drakes Gawler East (SA)
Our team from South Australia completed a fabulous installation at Drakes supermarket located at the Springwood Place Shopping Centre.
The team designed, manufactured and installed the Maxi View Deli Case and the Hot Food Display Case in the delicatessen area.
Also supplied and installed were 2 Epta Transcritical Racks with an ETE Compressor and Remote FTE System and the refrigeration plant switchboards, which were designed, manufactured and installed by the South Australian team.
ETE – Extreme Temperature System: This system offers high energy efficiency compared to standard technical solutions.
FTE – Full Transcritical Efficiency System: this provides high energy efficiency in transcritical refrigeration systems with medium and low-temperature applications.
Drakes Supermarkets operate over 60 stores in South Australia and Queensland and via their online environment, they are also a family-owned business. Drakes Gawler offers an extensive Vegan and gluten-free range, local products from South Australia and the Barossa region, a large continental range, fresh roasted hot BBQ chickens and custom meat cuts.
