Fine Food Australia Show 2023: A Recap
We’re celebrating the success of the Fine Food Australia show for 2023.
From showcasing refrigeration equipment to making new connections and celebrating old friendships, our time at Stand HP2 in the Lower Exhibition Hall of ICC Sydney was amazing.
We loved having Riccardo and Manuel from Criocabin, Italy, fly over to join us at our stand. It’s a testament to the friendship we share with Criocabin, their presence added an international flair to our showcase. Visitors had the opportunity to view Criocabin’s Enixe serve-over deli counter and the Erin self-serve island display case in action.
Our friends from Epta were also at the EXPO showcasing their F&B range, we enjoyed spending time with the team while providing a platform on our stand for customers to see a large showcase of the Bonnet Névé range.
The Manitowoc Ice machine range was a hit as always with Seng Keat from Pentair attending the show to meet with the sales team and spend time with customers.
We also had the Tecfrigo Salad Bar, the Dry Aged Meat display and the Snelle cake and patisserie case which were all popular, especially the cake display with the French patisserie display.
Located at Stand HP2, our exhibition space was buzzing with visitors throughout the event. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to display exceptional products, thanks to our partners. The Bonnet Névé Onwave 3 Eco chiller was brought to life with delicious Vili’s Pies and the refreshing GTG Living Water. We extend our thanks to these suppliers for helping us create a vibrant and dynamic display.
Behind every exhibition, there’s a dedicated team that works tirelessly to make it happen. Our appreciation goes to our Baker staff, the efforts of Andrew and Charlie from Perth and to the NSW installation team who after moving the equipment in went the extra mile, assisting with the packing of faux product boxes and arranging the faux hot roast chickens.
The show is also a chance for a team dinner, at Baker whichever state an EXPO is held in we have a team dinner with staff from the office so new team members can meet each other!
We also want to acknowledge, 3D Comm: The talented team that built our stand and of course our Sales Executive Team for taking care of our leads and visitors, ensuring they had a memorable experience.
The amazing companies that provided stock for the equipment were; Bertocchi Smallgoods, Vili’s Family Bakery, GTG Living Water, Little Creek Cheese, and La Rose Noire. Your products drew the crowds, and tempted our team (with some like Graham caving in).
At the end of the show the food on display was kindly donated to Sydney Care who were overwhelmed by the generosity of the food display suppliers, it was a memorable moment to wrap up the show.
If you visited the stand and forgot what was on display you can view the products here.
