NextGen 20 Under 25 Annual Showcase

2022 sees AJ Baker & Sons proudly announcing that Jack Hamilton, a 4th Year Apprentice at our Victoria branch and Jarred Budny from our Perth Branch, have both received a NextGen 20 Under 25 Award!

In his interview with Sandra Rossi for the Climate Control News, Jack said; We are lucky here we get plenty of training and support. We also get to use a lot of new technology.”

Jack just won Apprentice of the Year at AJ Baker & Sons and is looking forward to doing more work with transcritical CO2 systems.

“I really enjoy the refrigeration side of the business and we get to do a lot of commercial work here,” he said. Jack is keen to keep learning and is hopeful he will be able to stay at AJ Baker & Sons once he completes his trade.

2022 is the second year Jarred has received a NextGen 20 Under 25 Award, he has also been a finalist for the CCN’s Male Rising Star award and is a humble former WorldSkills Competitor making his mark as a refrigeration technician.
