AJ Baker supplied and installed remote refrigeration cases utilising the fully integrated Epta Blue Waterloop refrigeration solution.
We installed a range of cases from the Bonnet Névé range including the Crystal 20, a closed vertical, the Aurora Eco, a wide island frozen food case, the Rock, a vertical refrigerated cabinet, the Rock Eco, a medium temperature chiller, the Stone, a semi-vertical display case. The products selected are finished with black framework.
To ensure the protein products are kept fresh we installed the Enixe 100 serve over counter by Criocabin.
The store were looking for an innovative eco-sustainable system for the refrigeration plant, they chose the Epta Blue Waterloop system, which utilises a dry cooler instead of a traditional compressor system.
