Penny’s Quality Butchers – Mosman (NSW)
The team in New South Wales recently worked with Penny’s Quality Butchers in the harbour area of Mosman to replace the refrigeration equipment in the store.
According to The Mosman Collective, Penny’s originally opened in Woolloomooloo in 1880 as a family business, they quickly became the go-to-butchery with people travelling for miles to purchase the cuts of meat.
The store has recently been refurbished with Italian manufactured equipment by Criocabin, run on the Criocabin branded G-Concept technology, which is a glycol chiller system that ensures constant and optimal control of moisture and temperature levels inside the display case.
Within the store you will also see the Etoile G-Concept display case ducted to the II Magnifco Tower. This new upright case offers a larger display area for meat products (images coming soon!).
The team also installed the Bonnet Neve 5-door Skyview Urban to showcase the ready-to-go products.
This store will be receiving a prestigious award for innovative design and technology in the coming weeks, we will update you when the presentation has occurred.
