IGA Dalkeith (WA)
Dalkeith (WA) is a suburb of Perth, in the City of Nedlands, wonderfully surrounded on three sides by the Swan River. The Shire of Peppermint Grove is the smallest local government area in Australia since 1895 and currently has about 1600 residents. Whereas Dalkeith currently has over 4000. Back in the 1980s, here lived Alan Bond, who owned the yacht that won the 1983 America’s Cup. One of its streets, Hobbs Avenue, was once voted as being one of the best streets to live in the world.
At the end of 2018 we entered into cooperation with a new local customer, Dalkeith IGA. For this important community store we have installed our exclusive Criocabin Enixe EI100 serve-over delis, Enixe EI400 serve-over hot bain-maries, Vienna patisserie counters, Iarp Fenice 7 scoop ice-cream freezers, and Williams Jade sandwich preparation cases.
All the cabinets are self-contained plug-in, which means refrigerators featuring an internal condensing unit. Due to this built-in part, shop owners can immediately start using cooling equipment after set-up and there is no need to re-install different components in case of a relocation.
The project has been really well received and customer is extremely happy with outcome and increase in deli sales.
