Our New South Wales air-conditioning team completed its latest project at 5 Melito Court, Prestons. This project involved installing air conditioning systems for 6 cold storage factories with office space. The first tenants are set to move in during March 2023.
Baker Air Conditioning has installed the Hitachi split ducted systems into the office spaces and Fantech fans for fresh air and bathroom exhaust, ensuring a comfortable and healthy working environment for the future occupants.
The warehouse areas will also have fresh air installed, along with exhaust fans and ductwork to plant rooms and loading docks. However, what stands out about this project is the installation of the exhaust for the ammonia plant with 100% redundancy, ensuring minimal plant shutdown.
