The Fresh Pasta Shop, Prahran Market (VIC)
Organised by the Prahran Council in 1846, the Prahran Market is Melbourne’s oldest Market and nowadays they continue to remain the premier food Market of the city. They work closely with local communities to host many foodie events and is constantly partnering with well-known chefs to provide shoppers with quality cooking demonstrations workshops.
AJ Baker worked with Flexikitch to supply and fit a new display chiller to The Fresh Pasta Shop, a small but celebrated corner shop which is all about handmade ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, fettuccine, arancini, risotto and any pasta you can think of.
Our versatile Ergo 100 by Criocabin perfectly fits the little shop, maximising both the working space and the display area. This modern serve-over deli counter recalls the lines of the previous display case, giving the shop a fresh new look but keeping it recognisable for the long-standing customers.
The Ergo 100 features curved lift up glass front, front glass demister, LED canopy lighting, refrigerated under storage, rear perspex slides, evaporator with anti-corrosion treatment, air flow controller. The internal and external corners design allows the cabinet to be tailor-made to any kind of floor plan.
