Think ST Solutions: Food Safety Workshop (SA)
Our Foodservice Equipment team are hosting Think ST Solutions, who have hired our Adelaide commercial kitchen showroom to run a workshop titled Elevate Food Safety Fundamentals Package & Workshop at the showroom in South Australia.
The workshop has been designed to complement the Australian Hotels Association (South Australia) Food Safety Fundamentals Package that was recently released.
Participants will enjoy a 2-hour interactive workshop tailored for chefs seeking to strengthen their understanding of the latest food safety standards.
During the workshop, attendees will:
- Engage in insightful discussions about the nuances of Standard 3.2.2a
- Receive hands-on guidance on using the templates effectively
- Explore best practices for implementing and maintaining a food safety culture in your kitchen
As a bonus, attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to tour our operational commercial kitchen!
