Coal Cellar Grill Hilton Hotel (SA)

Our team from South Australia completed the Coal Cellar + Grill Restaurant at the Hilton Hotel in Adelaide products included a bespoke refrigerated cake and charcuterie case.

Along with locally manufactured refrigerated displays, we also supplied and installed Zesti custom manufactured Char grill, Smoker and electric pizza oven which is a standard for Hilton Hotel sites across the world.

Skope was the specified supplier for the remote refrigerated cases, with the Waldorf Bold in black by Moffatt being the Kitchen equipment supplied on plinths with amazing results.

Other specialised equipment included Cooktek Incongneeto induction units, Halton exhaust hoods, and custom manufactured stainless steel equipment. We worked with Mossops on this project who along with the client were wrapped with the end product.
