MilkBar Grocer (Qld)

Our latest installation by the Queensland branch was at the MilkBar Grocer on the Sunshine Coast, the specialty supermarket stocks everyday essentials, pantry basics, local artisan and bespoke products – to name a few.

The store chose to have all plug-in products installed due to a lack of space outside for a remote refrigeration plant.

The team installed commercial refrigeration from Bonnet Névé, the Onwave Eco and Eco Green chillers for the fresh produce and dairy products. The Iarp Asia 165 to house the frozen items and the Columbia Flex LS to showcase the cheese range.

The highlight of the store is the custom-designed deli counter by our branch in South Australia to meet the specific requirements for a beach facing counter as well as retain a uniform look and feel in the store.

The run of supermarket counters includes a serve-over cake display, sandwich and roll display, a serve-over salad bar and a hot food display for cooked chooks and hot pastries.
