Acquisition of C&E Stainless Steel in South Australia

AJ Baker & Sons are pleased to share the news of our recent acquisition of C&E Stainless in South Australia.

Ken Clements, Managing Director, originally purchased the family run business in 2015 and retained the name.

C&E Stainless was established in 1993 and run by the then owners, Bill and Anne.

Bill injected years of sheet metal experience into the business, developing manufacturing techniques resulting in their final product being aesthetically pleasing, practical and solid before handing the baton to Ken and his team.

Fast forward to 2021 and Ken Clements and the team have moved into the AJ Baker & Sons Dry Creek workshop and are now firmly part of the AJ Baker family.

Our South Australian team offer custom build and installation services for food preparation and display areas, commercial cater / ware-washing and other equipment required to operate in a commercial environment, the team work closely with the food, beverage and hospitality industry providing solutions for the specialist requirements of commercial kitchen and food & beverage retail outlets.

AJ Baker & Sons are looking forward to the expansion of our Commercial Kitchen offerings out of our Branch in South Australia and extend a warm welcome to Ken Clements and his team.
