ALDI Riverdale (Vic)
We celebrated another successful ALDI installation this month, AJ Baker & Sons supplied and installed the plugin and remote refrigerators and freezers, refrigeration plant and cool rooms to the latest ALDI supermarket to open in Victoria.
Equipment installed includes 40m of the Epta branded Strateo remote wall chiller for the dairy, meat and fresh produce, the back-of-house chiller and freezer room that are all connected to an energy-efficient Transcritical Epta refrigeration rack with natural refrigerant.
The plug-in range includes 12 AHT Athen XL 250 chest freezers and 12 Epta Soundtop freezers.
In the back of store, the Carel Boss Control platform with an integrated touch screen was installed for premium monitoring.
Stock is kept fresh in both the coolroom and the freezer rooms, also installed in the back of the store. We also installed the Epta CO2 Cascade Refrigeration System.
