We’re excited to announce that Mike Baker and Jarrod Swaine from Ritchies Stores will be taking the stage at ATMO Australia 2025 to share the story behind a major sustainability upgrade at Ritchies Balnarring VIC.

Together, they’ll showcase how combining transcritical COâ‚‚ refrigeration and HVAC systems, along with solar and smart controls, has helped dramatically cut energy use and simplify operations at the refurbished store.
This innovative project tackled challenges like high energy consumption, outdated refrigeration and limited heating/cooling options. The solution? An integrated COâ‚‚ system that now delivers refrigeration, heating, cooling and hot water, all from one efficient plant.
