New Job: Service Administrator – Brisbane

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Administrator to join the Brisbane team on a permanent fulltime basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, logging and invoicing of service calls
  • Raising of purchase orders for parts and sub-contractors
  • Providing technical support to customers over the phone & email
  • Coordination, calculation & data entry of timesheets
  • Managing uniforms, safety & staff inductions
  • Warranty claims and customer portal support
  • General service & administration tasks
Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role will be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in Pronto would be highly regarded
  • Experience working in a trade environment
Skills:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving ability and capability of learning quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and take instruction
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised and a strong work ethic
What you will need:
  • Permanent rights to work in Australia
  • Driver’s Licence
