New Job: Service Administrator – Brisbane
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Administrator to join the Brisbane team on a permanent fulltime basis.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, logging and invoicing of service calls
- Raising of purchase orders for parts and sub-contractors
- Providing technical support to customers over the phone & email
- Coordination, calculation & data entry of timesheets
- Managing uniforms, safety & staff inductions
- Warranty claims and customer portal support
- General service & administration tasks
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role will be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Pronto would be highly regarded
- Experience working in a trade environment
Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving ability and capability of learning quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and take instruction
- Ability to contribute to a team environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and a strong work ethic
What you will need:
