P.Princi Butchers Fremantle joins the Criocabin Gold Butchers Club

The Gold Butchers Club by Criocabin in Italy is an exclusive membership awarded to those in the Butchery industry, the award recognizes butchers for being innovators in a world of change and for having the ability to successfully merge tradition and modern technology to showcase their products.

2021 sees P.Princi Butchers Fremantle the first in Australia to receive the award from Italy and the first non-Italian member.

Owner Joe Princi and his nephew Michele were recently interview by Criocabin and Joe said “I believe I represent tradition in the company, whereas Michele represents innovation and modern technology”, we believe this is the perfect partnership.

P.Princi Butchers Fremantle came to the attention of Criocabin through a recent equipment upgrade by the team at AJ Baker & Sons.

The showpiece in the store is the Criocabin model Evodue serve-over meat counter with the new G-Concept technology – a first to be installed in Australia.

The new G-Concept technology in the premium Criocabin counters have shown that the percentage of weight loss of the meat has been halved compared to standard ventilated counters.

The award, due to travel restrictions, was presented by AJ Baker & Sons Chairman of Directors, Peter Baker and accepted by the owner of P.Princi Butchers Fremantle, Joe Princi and Retail Director Michele Stellitano (nephew).
